About Bryce Cook

I was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and I have spent my entire legal career serving individuals and families throughout Northeast Arkansas. I believe that when people hire a lawyer, they are often facing one of the most difficult and important moments of their lives. They are not simply looking for legal knowledge. They are looking for someone they can trust to listen carefully, tell them the truth, and help them move forward.

My roots in this community run deep. My father, Danny Cook, spent many years in the tire business after playing football at Arkansas State University, and my mother, Connie Cook, was a beloved elementary school librarian who dedicated her career to helping generations of children learn and grow. From them, I learned the value of hard work, personal responsibility, kindness, and treating people with respect.

My wife, Sara Beth, and I have been together since high school and are raising our two sons, Wyatt and Walker, here in Northeast Arkansas. Most of our time away from the office is spent at home where life revolves around family, school events, cows, chickens, barn cats, dogs, and whatever project needs attention next. When I have the opportunity to get away, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and exploring the Natural State.

Professionally, I have spent my career helping people navigate difficult challenges and significant life events. I began my practice at Marshall & Owens, P.A., before founding the Law Offices of Bryce Cook, PLC nearly a decade ago. Along the way, I had the privilege of serving our community as both a Public Defender and a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Those experiences gave me a unique perspective on our justice system and reinforced my belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. I am also honored to serve our community as an elected member of the Jonesboro Public Schools Board of Directors.

Although I founded the firm nearly a decade ago, an important new chapter began when Sara Beth joined the practice full-time in 2026. Sara Beth serves as the firm’s lead paralegal and brings extensive experience in client relations, case management, and legal administration. Her professionalism, judgment, and dedication to our clients have become an integral part of the firm’s success. Many clients spend as much time working with Sara Beth as they do with me, and her commitment to client service helps set the tone for every interaction with our office.

Together, we have built a true family business. That is intentional.

When clients come through our doors, they bring us problems affecting the things they care about most: their children, their families, their finances, their future, and their peace of mind. Our job is not simply to provide legal advice. Our job is to become partners in solving those problems and helping our clients find the best path forward.
